Eligibility and products

Our store sells rolling paper accessories for lawful use by adults age 21 or older. By entering this website or requesting an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may request additional age or identity verification and may decline orders where sale or delivery is restricted.

Prices and order acceptance

All displayed prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). A 6-booklet pack is $10, a 25-booklet box is $30, and a 50-booklet box is $40. Shipping and any applicable taxes are additional unless expressly included. We confirm availability, the complete amount due, and shipping details before requesting payment. An order request is not an accepted or paid order. If a price or stock error affects your request, we will contact you before accepting payment.

Payments

Online card payments are currently unavailable while our payment service is being activated. Do not send card numbers, expiration dates or security codes through our forms, email or social media. When card checkout is activated, the payment methods available for your order will be shown at checkout. Card-brand logos do not indicate that payment acceptance is already active.

Cancellations and wholesale orders

You may withdraw an unpaid order request at any time. For a paid order, contact us promptly to request cancellation before shipment. Shipped orders are handled under the refund policy below. Wholesale and distributor pricing, quantities, delivery and return terms are confirmed separately in writing before payment.

Website use and changes

Please provide accurate contact information and do not use the site for fraudulent requests or interfere with its operation. Our branding and original website materials may not be reused commercially without permission. We may update these terms; the terms disclosed when we accept your order apply to that order. Nothing in these policies limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Privacy Policy

Information collected

We collect information you submit in retail or wholesale forms, including your name, email, phone number, location, company, product selection, quantity and messages. For an accepted order, we may also receive shipping and billing information, order records and payment status. Our website provider may process technical data, such as IP address, browser details and session cookies, to operate and protect the site.

How we use and share information

We use information to answer inquiries, confirm availability, manage orders, arrange shipping, provide customer support, prevent fraud and maintain transaction records. Our website provider processes and stores form submissions. Information necessary to fulfill an order may be shared with payment providers and shipping carriers. We may also disclose information when legally required. We do not sell form-submission contact information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Cookies and external services

The website uses session and security cookies to support its operation and forms. After a visitor passes the 21+ date-of-birth screen, we store a confirmation timestamp for 30 days in the browser and an age-confirmation cookie; the entered birth date itself is not stored or submitted. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect functionality. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when your browser requests them. Following an Instagram link takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy policy.

Retention, security and your choices

We retain information as needed for customer service, business records, fraud prevention and legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or transaction purposes. This site uses HTTPS, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Our forms do not collect payment-card details.

Age and updates

This site and its products are intended only for adults age 21 or older. The date-of-birth screen is a self-service age screening and does not replace any additional age or identity verification required for an order. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact us to request review and removal. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.

Refund & Return Policy

Before payment or shipment

Unpaid requests can be cancelled without a charge. If we agree to cancel a paid order before shipment, we will refund the cancelled items and any associated shipping charges that have not been incurred. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund payment for the unfulfilled order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order reference, a description of the problem and photos when available. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, including necessary return-shipping arrangements. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact us before payment if you need a guaranteed change-of-mind return option. Such returns require our written agreement; we do not offer an automatic change-of-mind return entitlement. Any agreed eligibility, return deadline and return-shipping responsibility will be provided in writing. Opened or used rolling papers are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect remedies for defective or incorrect goods or any statutory rights.

Receiving your refund

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will confirm when the refund is issued; the time for it to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Do not mail a return without first obtaining return instructions from us.

Shipping Policy

Availability, destination and costs

Shipping availability depends on the destination, product availability and applicable restrictions. Submit your city and state with your request. Before accepting payment, we confirm the deliverable address, shipping service, shipping charge, applicable taxes and full order total. Shipping is not included in the displayed pack prices unless expressly stated. International shipping requires a separate written quote and confirmation.

Processing and delivery

We confirm the expected dispatch timeframe and estimated carrier delivery time before requesting payment. Dispatch and delivery are separate: transit begins after the carrier receives the package. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If no dispatch timeframe is stated for an accepted order, the applicable default shipping deadline is generally 30 days after receipt of a properly completed order.

Delays and tracking

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of consenting to a delay or cancelling for a refund of the unshipped merchandise. Address problems or missing deliveries

Review your delivery address before confirming an order and notify us promptly of errors. Address changes may not be possible after shipment. Contact us if tracking shows a problem, a package is missing, or goods arrive damaged so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate next step.
